Acceptable Use Policy

You may not

• Connect, scan, monitor or act on systems, accounts or domains you aren't authorised to manage.
• Use the service to attack, probe, overload or disrupt any system, including with uptime checks aimed at third parties' services you don't operate.
• Try to reach other customers' workspaces or data, or to get around the service's security, permissions boundary, quotas, rate limits or billing.
• Use the server agent, runbooks or install features to run anything other than what Vantiqo provides.
• Store or send unlawful content through status pages, notifications or support messages, or use the service to break the law or others' rights.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except under a partner agreement with us.

Security research

Found a vulnerability? Please tell us via Support in your Vantiqo workspace (or the platform console) and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure. Don't access other customers' data or degrade the service while testing.

Enforcement

We may suspend access that breaks this policy, with notice where we can, and remove offending content. Serious or repeated breaches may end the service (Terms, section 10).
